App Purpose and Features

Bragi is designed to help parents and guardians create personalized bedtime stories for their children by:

• Allowing you to create and manage custom characters
• Generating AI-powered stories based on your prompts and characters
• Enabling you to save and access previous stories
• Providing a safe, family-friendly storytelling experience for parents and guardians to share with children

The features outlined here are subject to change or expansion without prior notice.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bragi.

User Responsibilities

By using Bragi, you agree to:

• Not attempt any prompt injections, SQL injections, or similar malicious activities
• Only create content that is appropriate for children
• Ensure that characters and stories align with family-friendly values
• Use the service responsibly when creating content for children

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account under the following conditions:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Creation of inappropriate content
• Prolonged inactivity

Payments

Currently, there are no payment requirements for using Bragi. This section will be updated if payments are introduced in the future.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Bragi will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual communication. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union.

• Story Content: We store the stories and characters you create to allow access across devices, and store them securely to provide access to your created stories and characters.
• Uploaded Data: We temporarily store data you upload for content creation, deleting it after processing, and use it to create new content.

• While our users are adults, we recognize that content is created for children and maintain high privacy standards
